The road to Liverpool.
Today's 60 odd miles have been covered with relative ease as their bodies are holding up well & the terrain was far more gentle than yesterday; this led to them achieving their fastest daily average speed of somewhere in the region of 12 miles an hour.
Here are some photos, all taken today, of (from top to bottom): the clock tower in Southport, Albert Dock in Liverpool, the Port of Liverpool building & the Liver building.
