Hope Johnny's not becoming a shadow of his former self!!






Here's a little bit of evidence (for the conspiracy theorist out there) that their legs have, indeed, cycled up all the hills & along every inch of the highways & byways - well done you cycling champions &, keep going, you're almost there :)

    I see you've worn yourselves away so much that only your shadows remain.
    What with the cliffs yesterday, and the shadows today, I'm feeling very Summer holiday-ish. Here's hoping your inner tubes don't need Apache (a patch, eh!)
